Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Officer – Artificial Intelligence, based in Islamabad. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, creating predictive and prescriptive models, enhancing the bank's AI capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into operational processes. The Officer will contribute to AI project management and ensure compliance with security and ethical standards in AI implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI model development, data analysis, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with AI tools, frameworks, and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies
  • Understanding of data visualization, data pre-processing, and statistics
  • Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address complex business needs
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience in banking or financial services and knowledge of ethical AI practices are advantageous
