Based in Karachi, with regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad, Aspire Educational Consulting (AEC) has been a trusted name in study abroad services since 2001. We partner with leading universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Turkey, and across Europe, guiding thousands of students every year.

We are now hiring a Leads Officer to manage, qualify, and help convert student inquiries into successful admissions. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to turn interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to new student inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins

* Qualify leads to ensure they meet program and admission criteria

* Conduct cold-calling to engage potential students and generate interest

* Maintain and update CRM records to track lead progress

* Follow up with potential students to maximize conversion rates

* Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

* Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and outreach to generate new leads

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred

* Strong communication skills in English and Urdu

* Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset

* Ability to learn CRM tools and digital communication platforms
