AI Engineer

Join us in building the next generation of applied AI systems. We're seeking an
AI Engineer
with a minimum of
1+ years proffesional experience
to design and deploy advanced, production-level agentic architectures—transforming large language models, retrieval systems, and evaluation loops into scalable, real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic Systems:
    Develop tool-calling, retrieval/memory architectures, feedback and evaluation pipelines, and ensure strong safety frameworks.
  • LLM Infrastructure:
    Manage vLLM/Ollama or third-party APIs, oversee prompt and policy versioning, meet latency and cost targets, and ensure vendor redundancy (OpenAI, Anthropic, OSS).
  • Data Engineering:
    Build data pipelines for ingestion, normalization (tickers, contracts), corporate action handling, time-series databases, and caching layers.
  • MLOps / LLMOps:
    Set up CI/CD for models and prompts; manage offline and live evaluations (RAGAS/DeepEval); establish telemetry, monitoring, and alert systems.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Enforce data privacy, encryption, licensing controls, and lead periodic red-team and compliance checks.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, support hiring, collaborate with Product and Design teams, and uphold high-quality engineering standards.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience delivering ML/AI products to production, with at least 2 years in LLM-based systems.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    (typing, testing, optimization) and backend development (

    or
    Python services
    , REST/WebSockets, authentication).
  • Skilled in
    PyTorch
    ,
    LoRA/PEFT
    , quantization, and deployment using
    vLLM/FastAPI/Triton
    or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience with RAG/agent pipelines—retrieval, chunking, adaptive token compression (ATC), memory, and evaluation systems.
  • Expertise in
    Azure
    or other cloud environments,
    Docker/Kubernetes
    , IaC, and observability.
  • Strong command of ETL, time-series data (Postgres/Timescale/ClickHouse),
    Redis
    , and streaming architectures.

Preferred Skills

  • Fintech experience (Plaid schemas, market data, compliance workflows, SOC-2).
  • Knowledge of data-quality frameworks (Great Expectations), experimentation platforms, and feature stores.
  • Frontend experience with
    React/Tailwind
    for rapid prototyping.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. Master's or PhD in AI/ML/Data Science is preferred but not mandatory.
