About the Role

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI systems that automate complex workflows, enable intelligent decision support, and deliver real-time insights for enterprise operations. You will build and optimize large language model (LLM) applications integrated with live business data, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligent agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
  • Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external business systems
  • Design context-aware, multi-turn conversational systems and long-running agents
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure system accuracy and business relevance
  • Fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases and explore reinforcement learning agents
  • Implement data security, compliance, and audit mechanisms for AI components

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering or applied AI experience
  • Proven expertise building and deploying production AI/ML systems
  • Hands-on experience with major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
  • Strong skills in Python and API-based system design
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

Preferred

  • Experience with industrial or procurement-based data domains
  • Familiarity with MRO or enterprise data environments
