Cresra
is a software development company seeking aspiring AI Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong Python programming skills and a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. The position begins with a short paid internship, leading to the possibility of a full-time role.

Position Details:

  • Paid internship of up to 2 months, with potential for full-time employment
  • Standard 8-hour shift, flexible between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Hybrid model: alternate days on-site presence at our Blue Area, Islamabad office, with remote flexibility otherwise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and testing AI/ML models
  • Work with datasets to preprocess, clean, and prepare for training
  • Optimize models for inference and integrate into production systems via APIs or microservices
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib/Seaborn
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Interest in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset
