Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Facebook Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct
    cold outreach
    via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Manage and grow
    inbound marketing funnels
    , including landing pages, social media content, and paid ad strategies.
  • Research and segment target audiences for different service categories (e.g., automation, web/app development, marketplace management).
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    digital marketing
    with a focus on
    lead generation
    (inbound & outbound).
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing
    Facebook Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Experience with
    cold outreach campaigns
    (email automation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Understanding of
    B2B marketing
    and the
    tech/IT services industry
    .
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools
    (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM).
  • Experience writing or designing ad creatives and outreach templates.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
