Key Responsibilities

• Print KOT (Kitchen Order Tickets) slips and punch orders in the relevant departments (e.g., Kitchen, Chinese, Home Delivery).
• Receive and review all incoming orders, verifying details for accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
• Maintain real-time coordination between kitchen staff and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Monitor order progress, follow up with departments to ensure prompt execution, and prevent delays.
• Verify that each order meets food quality, presentation, and quantity standards before dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teams to manage order flow during peak hours.
• Identify and resolve issues related to incorrect or delayed orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate order logs, including timestamps and department tracking for accountability.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff and delivery riders to ensure seamless handover of orders.
• Support management by reporting recurring operational challenges or bottlenecks for process improvement.

Requirements

• Matriculation education (Intermediate degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant dispatch or KOT coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS/KOT systems and order management software.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and during peak hours.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
