About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate the customer experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Figma and has a strong portfolio demonstrating prior design work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate product requirements and user insights into engaging user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and usability best practices.
  • Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing prior UI/UX projects (must provide link or file).
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketers).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly.
  • Knowledge of other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) is a plus but not required.
