If you love scrolling through TikTok, spotting creators before they blow up, and starting real conversations that lead to partnerships — this internship is for you.

This is your chance to learn how brands scale through creators — from the inside.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Find & shortlist TikTok creators who fit our brand campaigns.
  • Reach out with personalized messages that don't sound robotic — real connection only.
  • Support onboarding, communication, and campaign coordination with creators.
  • Keep track of outreach and performance using Google Sheets or Notion (we'll teach you).
  • Assist with product seeding, affiliate code setup, and campaign tracking.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table to help make each campaign better than the last.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident communicator — you can chat naturally with creators and still stay organized.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — all team communication (calls & chats) is in English.
  • A-Levels or higher education required.
  • You're curious about influencer marketing and want to understand how brands grow on TikTok.
  • Organized, reliable, and ready to learn fast.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace or Collabstr is a bonus (but not required).
