Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and creative short-form video creator who lives and breathes TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. Must be YouTuber, TikTokker or influencer ...This person will be the face and force behind our video content — someone who can not only create and edit compelling videos but also appear in them, if needed. You must understand what makes content go viral and be able to turn simple ideas into thumb-stopping content.

In addition to content creation, you will also manage our campaigns with micro-influencers and help drive user engagement through collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging short videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Appear in videos as needed — confidence and on-camera presence are key
  • Manage and coordinate with micro-influencers for brand collaborations
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest improvements for virality and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, sounds, formats, and platform algorithms
  • Work with the brand and marketing team to align content with campaigns and launches

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience creating viral content on TikTok, Reels, or Shorts (portfolio or profile required)
  • Comfortable being on camera and speaking confidently
  • Deep understanding of how to grow and engage audiences across social platforms
  • Based in Karachi and familiar with local pop culture, humour, and content style
  • No formal education required — talent, experience, and results matter more
