As we expand, we are hiring B2B Sales Representatives to join our sales team and target high-value clients in the UK and US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to CEOs, Marketing Managers, and Business Owners in the UK/US markets.
- Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, Web Development, Google Ads, and GMB Optimization.
- Generate 20+ qualified leads per month by overcoming objections and booking appointments for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate lead and call data in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and Brandix Soft's evolving service offerings.
Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum: Matric / O-Level
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience:
- 6+ months of international B2B cold calling experience (preferred)
- Previous experience selling digital marketing services is a strong plus
Skills:
- Fluent English with a neutral, UK, or US accent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, etc.)
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a target-based environment
Work Schedule
UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
(Monday to Friday – On-site only)
