Job Opportunity: Unit Head – IT Governance (Banking Sector)

Location: Pakistan

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: BS in Computer Science or higher

Certifications: Relevant IT Governance / Risk / Compliance certifications required

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our Technology Division as Unit Head – IT Governance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, international standards, and the bank's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks aligned with SBP regulations and global standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.)

Oversee policy development, compliance monitoring, and governance reporting.

Drive governance initiatives to enhance transparency, control environment, and process efficiency.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators on governance matters.

Manage IT performance metrics, risk registers, and audit remediation plans.

Support strategic technology decision-making through data-driven insights.
