About the Role:

As an Odoo Developer, you will be at the heart of our ERP solutions, responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing Odoo applications that directly address complex business needs. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to deploying robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain high-quality Odoo modules and applications.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications using APIs.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Odoo implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and modules.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional, hands-on experience in Odoo development.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong command of Python programming.
  • Proven experience in creating and customizing Odoo modules (not just configuration).
  • Solid understanding of the Odoo framework (ORM, Views, Actions, Security).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and writing database queries.
  • Familiarity with Odoo module structure and lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
