About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and integrating Odoo ERP modules to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  • Create new Odoo apps and features as per business needs.
  • Customize reports and dashboards using QWeb and Odoo Studio.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (APIs, payment gateways, shipping providers).
  • Maintain Odoo databases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to implement solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (Owl, jQuery).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module development.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Git, and or self-hosted environments.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC) for system integrations.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of accounting or ERP workflows.
  • Contribution to Odoo Community/Open Source projects
