As an Odoo Developer, you will develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business requirements while collaborating closely with our functional and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements.
Implement Odoo features and functionalities, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo code and database performance.
Stay updated with Odoo updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development.
Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
Ability to develop custom modules and integrate third-party apps.
Familiarity with ERP workflows, business processes, and software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Odoo Studio, API integrations, and front-end customization.
Understanding of deployment, server management, and version control (Git).
