Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and closing deals on luxury investment properties. With a competitive salary and lucrative commission structure, this role offers unlimited earning potential.

Salary and Commission Structure:

  • Monthly salary: 30,000k - 50,000k (dependent on Interview)

  • Commission: 1% of total deal value on closed transactions

Responsibilities:

  • Generate prospects through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors

  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients

  • Negotiate and close deals on luxury investment properties

  • Collaborate with our team of experts, including property managers, attorneys, and financial advisors

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in any kind of marketing finance, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals

  • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and/or institutional investors

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
