Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi for an Associate Lawyer. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, representing clients in arbitration and mediation, and managing day-to-day practice operations. Additional responsibilities include corporate advisory, tax consulting, and social media management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Legal expertise in Arbitration, Mediation, Corporate Law, and Litigation
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and providing corporate advisory services
  • Skills in Public Procurement, AI usage and social media management will be preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • minimum 2 years post license experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with consulting and advisory roles is a plus
  • LLB (Hons) from a recognized institution
  • Bar membership in good standing
