Role Description

This is a remote or on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located all over Pakistan. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings. The lawyer will work closely with senior lawyers to prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings. Additionally, the Associate Lawyer will assist with case management, client consultations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Case Management Skills
  • Experience in providing legal advice and client consultations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings
  • Strong understanding of legal regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (L.L.B.) from an accredited university
  • Licensed to practice law in Pakistan
  • Experience in corporate/civil/family law litigation .
