Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled
Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist
to help us successfully implement and customize Odoo ERP for our organization. Whether you're available full-time, part-time, freelance, or on-site, we want someone who knows the Odoo ecosystem inside out and can drive our ERP setup smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    implementation of Odoo ERP modules
    (such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, and CRM).
  • Analyze business processes and requirements, then configure Odoo ERP to align with them.
  • Customize Odoo modules, workflows, and dashboards as per organizational needs.
  • Provide integration with third-party systems where required.
  • Train internal teams to use Odoo effectively and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare documentation for system configurations and workflows.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years
    of proven experience in
    implementing and configuring Odoo ERP
    .
  • Strong understanding of business processes (
    finance, supply chain, HR, projects, etc
    .).
  • Ability to develop and customize Odoo using
    Python, PostgreSQL, and XML
    (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
