We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Odoo Functional Developer to join our team in Karachi, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementations and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Odoo solutions
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo functionalities
  • Collaborate with developers to implement customizations and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth system operations
  • Optimize workflows and processes within the Odoo framework
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Procurement
  • Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation
  • Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users
  • Knowledge of Odoo Studio, reporting tools, and basic Python is a plus
