**Job Summary:

The Controller is responsible for managing on-site staff, monitoring attendance, preparing duty rosters, and assigning team members to various work sites. The role ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and day-to-day operations run smoothly. This position is suitable for individuals who are organized, responsible, and willing to work in rotating shifts, especially during the evening and night. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and supervise staff assigned to different sites.


• Monitor and record staff attendance and punctuality.


• Prepare daily and weekly rosters based on operational requirements.


• Assign duties and allocate staff to sites as per workload and availability.


• Ensure all company policies and SOPs are followed by staff.


• Communicate with staff and management regarding shift changes, replacements, and attendance issues.


• Assist in maintaining operational reports and records.


• Support smooth coordination between sites and the operations team.

Requirements:


• Education: Minimum Intermediate (12th Grade or equivalent).


• Experience: No prior experience required — training will be provided.


• Skills:


• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email).


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.


• Other Requirements:


• Must be punctual and reliable.


• Willing to work in rotating shifts, preferably evening and night shifts.


• Ability to handle staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
