Introduction & Project Overview

GrowthRise Solutions is building a Football Coaches English Learning Platform, a bilingual, secure, and easy-to-use digital system for football coaches and players. This platform will allow coaches to learn English through online lessons, assignments, Zoom attendance tracking, bilingual announcements, recordings, and a complete teacher dashboard.

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer capable of taking this project from concept to architecture, development, and launch.

This role is ideal for someone who has built dashboards, LMS platforms, or large-scale EdTech or management systems.

Our Plan to Build the Platform

Phase 1 – System Architecture

  • Define layout: Home, Courses, Teacher Dashboard, Announcements, Recordings
  • Select tech stack + Supabase preferred)
  • Create data models: Users, Courses, Assignments, Attendance, Recordings
  • Define roles: Teacher / Student

Phase 2 – Authentication and Security

  • Build Email + One-Time Password (OTP) login
  • Access limited to paying users
  • Security measures including device/IP checks and blocking
  • Encrypted and secure data handling

Phase 3 – Core Functional Modules

  • Course pages for Basic & Advanced levels
  • Assignment submission (Word, video, links)
  • Teacher feedback system (Pass/Fail or Submitted/Not Submitted)
  • Automatic reminders for inactive students
  • Zoom attendance tracking including join time and duration
  • Bilingual content (Hebrew and English)
  • Recordings library with restricted access

Phase 4 – Teacher Dashboard

  • Student list with name, email, and last login
  • Attendance and progress tracking
  • Submission tracking
  • Send reminders and personal messages
  • Upload, edit, hide, and duplicate course materials

Phase 5 – UI/UX and Optimization

  • Clean, calm, sports-focused interface
  • Use of coaching/player visuals
  • Fully mobile responsive design
  • Simple navigation highlighting Today, Next Lesson, and Pending Tasks

Phase 6 – Testing and Deployment

  • User testing with real teachers and coaches
  • Bug fixing and performance optimization
  • Deployment to Vercel or AWS
  • Ongoing improvements and feature expansions

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build the full bilingual platform (Hebrew + English)
  • Develop Home, Courses, Dashboard, Announcements, and Recordings pages
  • Create secure OTP login and payment-locked access
  • Implement assignment uploads and teacher feedback
  • Track student attendance, progress, and last login
  • Handle file uploads (Word, video, PDFs)
  • Build responsive, fast, clean UI
  • Integrate Zoom attendance tracking
  • Add reminders and message broadcasting
  • Ensure high-level security and data protection
