GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Technology Sales to join our team. This structured 6-month training program is designed to equip fresh graduates or early-career professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in technology sales. Successful candidates will undergo on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of enterprise technology solutions, software sales, and customer relationship management. Upon successful completion of the training, high-performing trainee(s) will have the opportunity for a permanent placement in our Sales team.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undergo training on company products, solutions, and services, including software, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Gain insights into technology sales methodologies, sales cycles, and market trends.
  • Learn about customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and lead generation techniques.
  • Develop an understanding of CRM, sales automation tools, and proposal writing.
  • Assist senior sales professionals in client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Support lead generation efforts as required through cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
  • Work on creating and maintaining a sales pipeline under the supervision of mentors.
  • Learn by participation the art of negotiation and deal structuring sessions.
  • Learn to conduct customer follow-ups, prepare sales proposals, and assist in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Finance and Technical Business Units) to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Present a final sales project/report showcasing acquired skills and sales contributions.

WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Passion for technology, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrates persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges and achieving goals.
  • Strong professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to represent the company well in client interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying solutions and making informed decisions.
  • Good negotiation skills, able to handle client concerns and close deals effectively.
  • Flexibility to take on other duties and tasks astasks assigned, contributing to the success of the team and organization.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business /IT or equivalent
