As a
Management Trainee – Supply Chain
, you will undergo structured training in warehouse operations with a strong focus on
data entry, dispatch, and inventory management
. This program is designed to equip you with the technical, analytical, and operational skills needed to build a career in supply chain management. You will gain hands-on experience in order processing, shipment coordination, and data handling, while also being groomed for future leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (Training & Exposure):

  • Data Entry & Accuracy:
    Learn to accurately input, update, and verify operational data (invoices, purchase orders, dispatch records) in warehouse systems.
  • Dispatch Management:
    Assist in coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing dispatch documents, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Inventory Records:
    Support in maintaining and reconciling stock records, product codes, and shelf locations.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Generate and review daily/weekly reports on dispatches, inventory, and order fulfillment. Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Process Understanding:
    Gain exposure to warehouse documentation including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and supplier invoices.
  • System Training:
    Get hands-on training in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP modules, and MS Excel for supply chain data handling.
  • Collaboration:
    Work alongside warehouse staff, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end dispatch and supply chain processes.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Participate in improvement projects, process audits, and performance reviews to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of WMS/ERP is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a learning mindset.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to build a career in supply chain operations.
