Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate sales floor activities.

Motivate and guide sales staff to meet and exceed targets.

Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Monitor inventory levels and product displays.

Maintain compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.

Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience in sales and/or retail floor management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to handle issues effectively.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
