We Are Hiring – Credentialing Executive

Job Description:

MaxRemind is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Credentialing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining provider credentials in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process provider credentials in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date provider information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely credentialing and re-credentialing.
  • Track application progress and follow up on pending verifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all credentialing files.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work the night shift.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • 6 months to 7 months of relevant credentialing experience.
