Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi for a Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition professional. The responsibilities include managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, conducting candidate interviews, and developing recruitment strategies. The role also encompasses collaborating with team leaders to identify staffing needs, ensuring a smooth hiring process and conducting training sessions for new hires. The individual will play a critical role in securing top talent for the organization while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, including talent sourcing, job posting, and candidate evaluation
  • Proficient in Interviewing and identifying top talent through efficient and structured assessment processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels
  • Experience in Training and onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles
  • Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices is a plus
