Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate HR activities across assigned teams to ensure smooth daily operations and strict adherence to established HR processes and policies.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Assist in the design and execution of employee retention programs aimed at reducing turnover and strengthening workforce stability.
  • Track employee performance metrics and collaborate with line managers to identify training needs, implement performance improvement plans, and support career development initiatives.
  • Oversee processes related to promotions, internal transfers, and compensation changes in line with company policy and local labor laws.
  • Maintain the HR calendar and ensure timely execution of critical HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and organizational announcements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
