Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Lahore. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Daily tasks will include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting in HR documentation and record-keeping. Additionally, the intern will support HR projects and initiatives, helping to create a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (current students are also encouraged to apply)
  • Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus
