We are looking for a motivated and experienced
HR Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a positive culture.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Partner with management to support organizational growth and HR planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
