We are looking for Site Supervisor for Civil Work Sites

The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising all on-site civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities including excavation, concreting, steel reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing, and related works.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
  • Inspect and verify material deliveries, usage, and ensure no wastage.
  • Identify and resolve site issues promptly in coordination with engineers.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working environment at the site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with safety practices and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools is an advantage.

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month
