Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure smooth execution of construction projects, and maintain quality, safety, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and management to deliver projects efficiently and in compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site operations, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors while maintaining productivity and discipline.

Monitor progress and report updates, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Manage and maintain proper records of attendance, site reports, material usage, and work progress.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and management for technical and operational requirements.

Inspect work quality and address issues to maintain high construction standards.

Resolve site problems, conflicts, and ensure smooth workflow.

Support in achieving project deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
