About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who's creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. You'll be part of a fast-paced creative team that brings ideas to life — from social media visuals and brand campaigns to packaging and digital assets.

This role is perfect for someone who understands design aesthetics, loves experimenting with new ideas, and wants to build a strong portfolio working on real brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand materials.
  • Assist senior designers in concept creation, layouts, and visual direction.
  • Adapt existing brand designs into new formats (stories, reels covers, posters, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team with visuals for events, website, and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail in all designs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, typography, and color psychology.
  • Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
  • Strong sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow creatively.
  • Ability to handle quick turnarounds in a creative, deadline-driven environment.
  • A portfolio (even if small) showcasing your creativity and design understanding.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
  • Experience in social media content design or brand design.
  • Understanding of café, lifestyle, or marketing visuals.
