About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead / Supervisor to manage and guide our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels, along with proven leadership experience in handling teams and driving results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team.
  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies to achieve campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
