Job Title: Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Employment Type: Commission-Based (3 Months Probation)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. During the first 3 months probation period, you will work on a commission-only basis. After successful completion, you will be offered a fixed salary plus commission based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert new leads into clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Present and promote our services/products to clients effectively.

Provide feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.

Maintain proper records of client communications and sales activities.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Previous experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

First 3 months: Commission-based only.

After probation: Fixed Salary + Commission (based on performance).
