Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Support Engineer located in Lahore. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments. Daily tasks include troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, providing technical support, and performing regular network performance tuning and upgrades. The engineer will also be responsible for configuring and supporting network equipment, monitoring network infrastructure, and ensuring the network's overall health and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Network Security skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
