  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top telecom talent, particularly in fixed and mobile network domains (OSP/ISP, wireless, transmission, switching, core, IP, and related areas).
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and telecom-specific platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical capabilities in alignment with job requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job posting, talent sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future telecom projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and workforce dynamics in fixed-line, broadband, wireless (2G/3G/4G/5G), and fiber networks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
