The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Executive to join our growing remote team in Pakistan. This role is focused on U.S. IT recruitment, requiring strong sourcing, screening, and placement skills across technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source qualified IT professionals using platforms such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ceipal ATS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver top candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent across multiple technologies and skill sets.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics regularly to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Technical Recruitment experience.
  • At least 1 year recruiting U.S. IT roles (preferably remote).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, networking, and job portal usage.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Ceipal preferred) and CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and results-driven.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and time management.
  • Ability to work night shifts (aligned to US EST hours).
