Assistant Manager Accounts And Finance

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounts operations including Payables, Receivables, Payroll & General Ledger.
- Maintain accurate costing records specific to textile & hosiery production.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports & variance analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting & financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and banking activities.
- Ensure compliance with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax regulations.
- Supervise stock reconciliations, raw material consumption, and production costing.
- Liaise with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support management in cost reduction, profitability analysis, and decision-makingRequirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting / Finance / Commerce (B.Com, MBA, M.Com, ACCA, ICMA preferred).
3–5 years of relevant experience in textile & hosiery industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of costing & financial reporting in manufacturing setups.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good communication & team management skills.
