We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer & Script Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for writing, a keen understanding of digital trends, and the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, promotional videos, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Develop scripts for marketing videos, advertisements, and real estate promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Research industry-related topics, competitors, and market trends to create relevant and appealing content.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the design and media teams to ensure content supports visual and multimedia elements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or script writer
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media content creation, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to write creatively for real estate and marketing purposes.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
