PPC Specialist – (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive impactful digital marketing initiatives for our own brands.
Responsibilities:
 
1. Campaign Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting for effective ad placements.
2. Ad Creation and Optimization:
  • Craft compelling ad copy and creative elements that resonate with target audiences.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
3. Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust bids to ensure cost-efficiency and campaign success.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of experience in planning, launching, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad platforms, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute PPC plans aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to enhance overall performance.
  • Creative mindset demonstrated through the development of compelling ad copy and visually engaging elements that effectively resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and experienced in optimizing creative elements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with ad tracking tools, analytics platforms, and staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing technology.
  • Practical experience in conversion tracking and goal setup to measure and enhance campaign success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
Demonstrated capability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote work environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication across different time zones.
 
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
