Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online sales, optimizing customer experience, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business growth.


• Manage online marketplaces, website, and other digital sales channels.


• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads).


• Monitor website performance, analytics, and customer behavior to optimize conversions.


• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.


• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce tools/technologies.


• Lead a small team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.


• Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or digital marketing.


• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.).


• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and online advertising.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
