Hire Virtual Experts is seeking a multitasking Virtual Assistant (VA) to support with social media management, email handling, lead generation, and basic graphic design tasks.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working during night shift hours and have a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

2- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups professionally

3- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, online directories, and research

4- Create basic visual content using Canva (social media posts, banners, presentations)

5- Maintain data sheets, task trackers, and performance logs

6- Support other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

1- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field

2- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Training will be provided if needed)

3- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

4- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic CRM tools

5- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends

6- Self-motivated with excellent time management and task tracking

7- Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
