We are looking for a talented individual to join us as an Order Success Specialist.

Responsibilities:

· Manage orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Track orders throughout the fulfillment process, providing regular updates.

· Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorders to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.

· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure goods and services as per customer requirements.

· Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.

· Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working to resolve them efficiently.

· Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels for reporting and analysis purposes.

· Continuously evaluate and improve order processing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification/Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

· Proven 3-4 Years of experience in order fulfillment on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and website, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

· Proficiency in order processing systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

· Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Job Type: Onsite (Full-Time)

Timing: (7:00 pm to 4:00 am)

Location: Main Double Road PWD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs100,000.00 per month
