Deputy Director IT – Infrastructure, Cloud Services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operations of IT Infrastructure, including Public Cloud Services, EDN (Enterprise Data Network), and private cloud, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Oversee enterprise database and system operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized management of IT-critical application data and services.
  • Manage 24/7 operations of IP Contact Center (IPCC) and IT Service Desk to support internal users and Customer Care operations with high service quality.
  • Ensure robust IT Governance by developing and enforcing compliance frameworks, IT policies, procedures, and regulatory controls across all technology domains.
  • Conduct IT Security Audits, risk assessments, and implement advanced security solutions (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection) to mitigate evolving cyber threats.
  • Drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning to ensure resilience of critical systems and services against outages or security incidents.
  • Plan and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and vendor relationships for infrastructure and security, aligning business and regulatory needs.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional IT teams, promoting skills development, accountability, and excellence in project delivery and operations.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 8 yrs. or Above.
