Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary
Assistant Director – IT
to lead and strengthen our Information Technology division. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure, efficient, and future-ready IT infrastructure, while also driving the organization's digital transformation and innovation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Manage IT operations including server administration, network management, system upgrades, and backups.
  • Oversee IT support and helpdesk services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business divisions to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise ERP/CRM implementation and management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, disaster recovery, and business continuity preparedness.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, cloud migration, and data analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA, or ITIL.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, systems administration, or infrastructure leadership.
  • Strong expertise in networking, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
  • Proven experience in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
