Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing
Real Estate Sales Executive
with a proven track record in selling high-value real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customers, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role requires prior experience in real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell premium residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct site visits, and presentations for potential buyers
  • Understand client requirements and counsel suitable property options
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's projects, pricing, and market trends
  • Negotiate and close high-value property deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, legal formalities, and post-sales services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline)
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector
  • Specialization:
    Experience in selling high-ticket price properties is a must
  • Language:
    Fluency in English (spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong client focus with a professional approach
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
