This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi and requires but is not limited to responsibility for day-to-day tasks such as:
- Preparing custom export related documentation, which includes invoice, packing list, bill of landing etc.
- Follow up of bookings to get approval from forwarders/ buyers
- Correspondence with forwarders regarding shipment handling at Seaport/ Airport
- Update shipment and payment status on daily basis for follow up
Knowledge of SRO and working exposure of SAP would be an added advantage
Experience
Fresh or internship in export department
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a well reputed University
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Export policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment and smoothly coordinate with other departments
