Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take charge of our clients' digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll be the creative mind behind content planning, execution, and community engagement, ensuring that every campaign is impactful, visually stunning, and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple clients.
  • Create engaging posts (carousels, reels, stories, static designs) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Manage daily posting and scheduling on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply them creatively for clients.
  • Engage with audiences (comments, messages, community growth).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports and insights.
  • Work closely with the account manager to align client goals with social strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Experience in using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • Creativity with an eye for detail (knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
