Job Brief: We are seeking a Social Media Manager (Remote) for our US based client who can own their online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in scheduling, posting, and engaging through tools like HubSpot or Hootsuite, with a strong grasp of copywriting to craft posts and meaningful interactions. If you know how to create engaging campaigns, build communities, and manage ads, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule social media content across platforms using HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar tools.

Write engaging copy for posts, comments, and replies to foster meaningful audience interaction.

Plan and execute sponsored campaigns and paid social ads.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online communities.

Support brand voice consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals.

Bonus: Apply SEO best practices to social media content and website/blog posts.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager while using latest tools and CRM for US based business.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.

Must have Proficiency with HubSpot, Hootsuite, or other scheduling/automation tools.

Experience in running sponsored posts and paid ads.

Strong understanding of community engagement and audience building.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to take a HubSpot technical test as part of the evaluation process.

Bonus: Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
